About Us
- The Burkes
- Dave and I were married on July 9, 2005 here in FL where we have made our home. Dave is employed with the Fire Department. I finished up my 3rd year of teaching 3rd grade and am able to stay home with our first baby who was born June 2008! We are very excited about all of the new changes in our life together. We are also excited to be able to share these new adventures through this blog site. We feel very blessed by our family and friends and are thankful for all of the blessings the Lord has seen fit to give us!

YEA!!! So cute! McKenna takes after her cousin Zadok. He would only walk for food!! All that good army crawling will have your little McKenna processing all kinds of information properly by school age! Go, McKenna! Go! Zadok says, "McKenna, ask your Mommy to try the flavor blasted goldfish." It is a big fave over here! We can't wait to see you this summer!

(Abigail didn't army crawl, or regularly crawl, so we had to spend time every day making her do it when she was 4-5.)
That is TOOO funny - you got her to crawl by giving her snacks, never heard of that one before! but SO cute.
YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Day!!!!! Shear genius and we will be using the snack trick to motivate Miss C when the time comes. :) Look out world, here comes McKenna!!! :)
