Wedding in SC

We enjoyed our time as a family in SC last weekend. Taylor Hollingsworth married Elisabeth and it was such a memorable ceremony and events! It was wonderful catching up with friends and family.

The Rehearsal Dinner's theme was Van Gogh's Starry Night b/c of how artistic and creative Taylor and Elisabeth are.


The had stations set up around the grounds. At one station you had to paint/draw a memory of yourself with Taylor and/or Elisabeth.

Yes, I did in deed dress my child (and myself) up like cows to get a free meal at Chik-Fil-A :o) It was costumer appreciation week and we took full advantage! Our good friends Lauren and Ezekiel joined in on the fun! The costumes were thrown together in about 20 minutes before walking out the door...but we enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks for humoring me and being such good sports guys! Gotta love a free meal!

Pigtails!!!!!

McKenna's hair is growing and growing. It's now long enough for us to get them up into sweet, little sprigs on top of her head...little pigtails! They are SO CUTE and it makes her look like such a little girl. I love 'em! I need to get 2 sets of hair bows so she can sport even more cuteness...I'm not sure I can handle all this beauty :o)

Sneaky!

I peeked in on McKenna during her nap and saw her playing with her birthday tutu from our friend Rachel. She had pulled it down off of a nearby shelf by her bed...what a sneaky girl!

Another project for Dave!

Dave is enjoying another project. He is now working on a 1970 Camaro. He's got it up and running and is hoping to start the body work part of it. He's VERY excited :o)

He WILL be changing the paint job. The interior is in good shape...he won't have to do too much repair.



My husband is one happy man!

"Hot" Tub!

Dave found us a hot tub on Craigslist and filled it up in the back yard! Right now we're using it to cool off during the day, but soon we'll have it hooked up for bubbles and heat! Dave has plans to build the deck around the tub. It'll be so nice to have. Thanks for this special treat babe! Love you!

Daddy got in the pool with McK...didn't last long....she crawled over the side of the pool and wanted to get in the sand!

So Daddy got outta the pool too and dove into the sand with McKenna....that didn't last long either....she wanted to test the waters....
